1. No donation Hunt can be combined with a second donation ( or any donation)
2. A minimum of 10 days required for any donation hunt.
3. Upgrade on donations essential and certain days are required for certain species.
4. A deposit of a $ 1000-00 is required to confirm your booking dates on any donated hunt.
5. No animals to be Substituted in a donation.

1. Confirmation of a Safari only made upon receipt of 50% deposit of the daily rates. Paid to a booking-agent or ourselves.
2. Balance of the daily rates should be paid 60 days prior to the commencement of the Safari.
3. This money is used for the registration of clients and necessary licenses.

Cancellation of a safari if done 6 months prior to the commencement of the safari will allow the client a full refund of all payments made , however if a cancellation is made within six months of the safari all payments shall be forwarded or may be transferred to the following year as a deposit on another hunt.

1. We do not except any personal checks or Travelers checks
2. Payment excepted from most VISA and MASTERCARD'S with a 3% added charge.
3. Direct wiring of money into the companies account.
4. Direct deposits into the company's account.
5. Cash payments

1. Pick up and Drop-off days is counted as half a day each.
2. A additional $ 100-00 will be charged for the pick up and drop-off
3. All other days is counted as normal days at the normal daily rate.
